Practice Rooms
Practice rooms are available on a first-come-first-served basis during posted building hours (8:00am-11:00pm) and are for the exclusive use of registered Stanford students, currently employed staff and faculty, and members of the University community with SUID cards.
- General practice rooms will be open through the end of Week 3.
- For access to PR G (Drumset), please fill out this form.
- For access to PR B (Guzheng), 206A, PR13, Adv. Piano, Narrow Keyboard, or other special access spaces, please email aramir [at] stanford.edu (Adriana) and CC your instructor.

Terms and Fees
- The Practice Room fee is $65 per quarter.
- Students enrolled in private or group lessons will receive automatic access to practice rooms at no additional cost. No registration is required.
- Fees are billed to student accounts in each quarter. Those without student accounts must pay by cash or check at Braun Rm. 101.
- If a specific practice room requires a key, please email aramir [at] stanford.edu (Adriana) and CC your instructor.
Rules Governing Use of Practice Rooms
- Practice rooms are available on a first-come-first-served basis during posted building hours.
- Practice rooms are exclusive to registered Stanford students, currently employed staff and faculty, and University community members with SUID cards.
- No equipment, including instruments, music stands, or benches, should be removed from the rooms.
- No eating or drinking (except for bottled water) is allowed.
- Report any problems with rooms or pianos to the Department of Music office (Braun Music Room 101).
