Dinkelspiel Auditorium, Campbell Recital Hall, and Braun Music Center classrooms are available, by approval, for use by Stanford University departments, centers, offices, and University recognized student organizations.  

Non-Stanford affiliated groups must have sponsorship by a Stanford University department or by University recognized student organizations to use any Stanford University space. Non-Stanford affiliated groups can find more information about the Stanford sponsorship policy at the Office of Special Events and Protocol Sponsorship Requirements site.

2026–27 Academic Year Reservation Scheduling

Reservations open in stages according to the schedule below.

Department of Music

  • One week before Autumn Quarter — Reservations open for Small Ensembles with Dedicated Course Numbers
  • Week 1 of Autumn Quarter — Reservations open for Priority Recitals
  • Week 6 of Autumn Quarter — Reservations open for Informal Performance Events

Other Stanford Departments & VSOs

  • Week 3 of Autumn Quarter — Reservations open for Dinkelspiel Auditorium
  • Week 8 of Autumn Quarter — Reservations open for Campbell Recital Hall

Once open, reservations remain available subject to availability.

Request Deadline

Friday of Week 1 of Spring Quarter: No new requests will be accepted after this date.
