Dinkelspiel Auditorium
Located adjacent to the Braun Music Center and across from Tresidder Student Union, Dinkelspiel Auditorium is a large 710-seat performance and lecture hall that serves the Department of Music and the rest of the University for large performances, lectures, symposia, and rehearsals.
Dinkelspiel Auditorium is available for use by Stanford University departments, centers, offices, and approved ASSU volunteer student organizations. Non-Stanford affiliated groups must have sponsorship by a Stanford University department or by an ASSU volunteer student organization to use Dinkelspiel Auditorium.

Directions to Dinkelspiel
From Highway 101:
- Take the University Ave exit traveling WEST through downtown Palo Alto.
- University Ave turns into Palm Drive as you approach the Stanford Campus.
- From Palm Drive, turn LEFT on Campus Drive.
- Circle the campus and turn RIGHT on Mayfield Ave.
- Travel about one block to the stop sign, and follow the road to the LEFT.
- Take the first RIGHT turn into the Tresidder Parking lot.
From Highway 280:
- Take the Page Mill Road exit EAST.
- Turn LEFT on Junipero Serra Blvd.
- Turn RIGHT onto Campus Drive.
- Turn LEFT on Mayfield Ave.
- Travel about one block to the stop sign, and follow the road to the LEFT.
- Take the first RIGHT turn into the Tresidder Parking lot.
Parking Information
Parking on campus is free on weekends and weekdays after 4:00 PM. Weekday parking is available for a fee in the Tresisdder parking lot.
Accessibility
Building Access
An accessible pathway from White Plaza leads directly to the entrances of Braun Music Center. When facing Braun, from White Plaza, turn left and an accessible entrance is located at the northeast corner of the building. Under the arcade connecting the east and west sections of Braun are two additional accessible entrances (the furthest door south is equipped with a power-operated door). The main entrance to the Campbell Recital Hall, equipped with a power-operated door, is on the southwest side of the building. From the disabled parking spaces near Lagunita Drive, head east (towards the Law School) and the entrance is on the left. Once inside proceed through the building to the courtyard and enter the Campbell Recital Hall via the courtyard (power-operated door). Wheelchair seating is located in the front. Restrooms
Wheelchair-accessible men's and women's restrooms are located on both the east and west side of Braun Music Center. No restrooms are located on the 2nd floor.
Parking and Transportation
No vehicles are allowed into this central part of campus. There are several disabled spaces located at the southwest side of Braun and additional disabled parking is located in the Tresidderparking lot (L-39). A Marguerite shuttle stop is located behind Tresidder Union on Lagunita Drive.
