Stanford Flute Ensemble Performs at National Convention

The Stanford Flute Ensemble joined thousands of flutists at the 54th annual National Flute Association convention, held this year in Portland, Oregon, from August 6–9. Under the direction of Karen Van Dyke, the group performed works by McMichael, Strauss, and Schocker as part of the Flute Ensemble Festival at the convention, and the group received high acclaim. This was the SFE's fourth performance at an NFA convention, and the members thoroughly enjoyed it!
