Applications Now Open for 2025–2026 Department of Music Awards

The application period for the Department of Music Awards is now open! Click here to learn more and apply today.

Each year, the Department of Music recognizes exemplary students in the areas of performance and undergraduate composition. To be eligible, performance students must have enrolled in a course with a MUSIC subject code in the current academic year, and undergraduate composition students must have taken or be currently enrolled in at least one course with the MUSIC subject code.

  • The application deadline for entries in performance and undergraduate composition is Friday, March 13, 2026
  • Final round for performance auditions will held live on Saturday, April 11, 2026
  • Award winners will be honored at the Department Awards Concert in Campbell Recital Hall on the afternoon of Friday, April 24, 2026
