Vivian Shaylin Chen's solo piano recital of works by Scriabin and Rachmaninoff was recorded in May 2021 at Stanford's Campbell Recital Hall and can be viewed here through July 27th.
Vivian recently graduated from Stanford with a Master’s in Music, Science, and Technology, and is interested in exploring applications of science in the musical space. Raised in the Chicago suburbs, she has been playing piano since the age of six and was previously at Northwestern University studying physics and piano.
