Stanford Afro-Latin Jazz Ensemble: Fall Concert

For their Fall 2022 concert, the Stanford Afro-Latin Jazz Ensemble will perform a blend of classic and contemporary works spanning the Afro-Latin idiom, including old son montuno, carnival rhythms and songs from the comparsa tradition, classic salsa, latin jazz, folkloric songs, and modern timba. Stanford jazz faculty Murray Low directs the ensemble.
