About this event

Artful Design TV (COVID-19 Edition) is an online, multi-format weekly series encompassing artful design, music, coding, and making with helpings of history and philosophy, as well as life check-ins for participants. No experience is needed; it's free, and all are welcome. Artful Design TV is hosted by Ge Wang, Stanford Music professor (Ph.D., Computer Science), as well as a designer, engineer, artist, and co-founder of Smule, maker of the award-winning Ocarina for iPhone.

Please register, and then tune in every Wednesday 1 PM (PDT).

This week's episode: "Coding Music with ChucK". Along with returning co-host Perry Cook and special guest Spencer Salazar, we will unpack the arcane art of programming language design, write some code to make music, stare into the abyss of the ChucK virtual machine, and more.
