About this event

Artful Design TV (COVID-19 Edition) is an online, multi-format weekly series encompassing artful design, music, coding, and making with helpings of history and philosophy, as well as life check-ins for participants. No experience is needed; it's free, and all are welcome. Artful Design TV is hosted by Ge Wang, Stanford Music professor (Ph.D., Computer Science), as well as a designer, engineer, artist, and co-founder of Smule, maker of the award-winning Ocarina for iPhone.

This week's episode: "New Interfaces for Musical Expression"Our special guest will be Doga Cavdir, who has designed interfaces at the intersection of musical instruments and dance, as well as shared musical experiences for the deaf and hard of hearing.
