Stanford Early Music Singers – Live from Memorial Church!

The Stanford Early Music Singers, under the direction of Eric Tuan, share "Echoing Influence," a program tracing the legacy of early music into the present day. We'll explore the influence of Ockeghem and Josquin on the work of contemporary Estonian composer Arvo Pärt; trace the influence of a Gregorian chant melody across a millennium of music; and highlight music from the Altemps Collection edited by Stanford's own early music specialist Talya Berger.
