Audio: Cam Lincoln

“The Salmon” was inspired by a humorous argument I had among a few friends during lunch. In this piece, I incorporated short rhythmic motifs based on phrases repeated in our discussion such as “SAL-mon not SAH-mon” and “no one really talks like that.” The goal of this quartet was to encapsulate the feeling of humor and light-hearted fun.
