Auditions

Auditions for the Stanford Summer Orchestra are open to all members of the Stanford community. Although Stanford students are given priority, we also welcome musicians from the local and non-Stanford community.

Auditions will be held on Monday, July 1st and Tuesday, July 2nd from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. All auditions take place in Braun Music Center, Room 121. Sign up for an audition time here.

Rehearsals

All rehearsals take place in Dinkelspiel Rehearsal Hall, 7:00-9:30 pm, except as indicated.

• Beethoven: Violin Concerto in D Major, Op. 61 with violin soloist Chen Zhao of the San Francisco Symphony
• Brahms: Symphony No. 2 in D Major, Op. 73
